Note: At times, the delivery may take longer than expected due to unavoidable circumstances, (if any). We do not guarantee delivery time for local delivery during festivals. For outstation, since we use a courier service, we do guarantee delivery time.
Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions, and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. In situations outside of SWAGRUHA FOODS control (Product unavailability, Public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters, etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order.
Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. SWAGRUHA FOODS will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. SWAGRUHA FOODS will not deliver to post-box only address. For any changes to the Order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. SWAGRUHA FOODS will try and accommodate the changes as much as possible depending on order status and other parameters. No changes would be accepted once the order has been shipped.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will get an email with the tracking details as soon as the product is shipped.
Any charges like GST, Customs Tax, Customs Excise Duty, Service Tax or any Direct or Indirect taxes, post-shipment, in any Country, State/Province, City/Town, District, both National and International, will be liable to the consignee/customer.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. SWAGRUHA FOODS will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that the SWAGRUHA FOODS marketing team has obtained for special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the SWAGRUHA FOODS customer service team within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for example could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help SWAGRUHA FOODS take a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within the expiry date.
In case of receipt of damaged product, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so SWAGRUHA FOODS can take it up with the Courier Company. SWAGRUHA FOODS will provide a refund/replacement to the customer in case of a positive decision.
For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
SWAGRUHA FOODS will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner; they have advised it takes them 7-10 business days to process the refund.

PRICING
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by SWAGRUHA FOODS and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Vijayawada.

As www.swagruhafoods.net is serving across the US with various sweets. Where the Goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer, we warrant that the Goods are of satisfactory quality, conform with the terms of this contract and fit for their normally intended purpose in all material respects
Where the Goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976, as amended) your legal rights are not affected by these Conditions.
The warranty contained does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use the Goods in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval.
In the unlikely event that the Goods do not conform to these conditions, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We will collect the goods on a date agreed between us or ask you to return the Goods to us at our cost and once we have checked that the Goods are faulty, we will then comply with our obligations under consumer law.
